food given by the University of Florida, has the Certificate of Completion
NOAA(National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration)
required by the FDA and USDC HACCP (Training Workshop for Seafood).
There is a risk associated with consuming
Raw oysters & raw clams.
If you have chronic illness of the liver,
stomach or blood or have immune
disorders, you are at a greater risk of serious
illness from raw oysters and should eat oysters
fully cooked.
Children, pregnant woman or seniors are an
increased risk the disease when they eat raw
seafood.
